RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
_?DUE TO THE CURRENT GROWTH OF THE RESIDENTIAL SERVICES DELTA CENTRE
IS EXPERIENCING. DELTA CENTRE IS RECRUITING FOR __CARE ASSISTANTS__
FOR IMMEDIATE AND UPCOMING START DATES.?_
To support and facilitate residents in their day to day living and
activities in their community home and within the wider community. To
assist the Social Care Leader and/or Social Care Worker in the
responsibility for health and safety, programme developments, personal
care plans, budget management, staff planning, staff support and
family liaison. The position of support worker requires evening work,
weekend work and waking night shifts. A certain level of flexibility
is also required to reflect the changing needs of our residents and
service.
The position requires a high degree of understanding and commitment to
the individual resident and to Delta services. The prime consideration
at all times must be the interests and well-being of the individuals
availing of our services.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
* Minimum QQI Level 5 Qualification in Healthcare Assistant or
Relevant Discipline
* Full Drivers Licence desirable
